Terms of service

These terms govern your use of the lefkio.com website and, unless a separate written agreement applies, the Lefkio application — a software-as-a-service (SaaS) WhatsApp CRM built and operated by Sociaphase ("we", "us"). By using the website or subscribing to Lefkio you agree to them.

Lefkio is provided on a subscription basis. Subscribing does not transfer any software or intellectual property to you: for the duration of your subscription you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Lefkio for your own business. The license ends when the subscription ends.

The Lefkio software, website, design, brand and all related materials are and remain the intellectual property of Sociaphase. Nothing in these terms grants you rights to copy, modify, resell, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from them.

Your data is the opposite: the conversations, contacts and records you manage in Lefkio remain yours. You can export them at any time, including when you leave.

• Use Lefkio in compliance with applicable law and with Meta's WhatsApp Business terms and messaging policies.
• No spam: message people who have agreed to hear from you, and respect opt-outs. Lefkio honors STOP replies automatically, and you agree not to circumvent that.
• Keep your account credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.

Lefkio runs on the official Meta WhatsApp Business API, and the availability and rules of WhatsApp messaging are ultimately controlled by Meta, not by us. If you enable the AI assistant, it uses your own API key with your chosen AI provider, and your use of that provider is governed by their terms.

Subscription fees, plans and billing periods are those agreed when you subscribe. Either side may end the subscription as set out in your plan; on termination your access ends and you may export your data before or at that time.

The website and its content are provided for general information, and the service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and our total liability arising from the service is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sociaphase is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions about these terms: hello@lefkio.com.
